is a seasoned professional with over two decades of comprehensive experience in sustainability, finance, strategy, investments, and regulations. Her expertise extends to advising the IFRS Foundation on digital reporting as a valued member of the IFRS Taxonomy Consultative Group. Additionally, she plays a critical role in the Adoption Readiness Working Group, ensuring the seamless integration of IFRS sustainability Standards in Nigeria. Over the course of her career, Grace has held key positions with renowned organizations, including her role as Chief Financial Officer at NIRSAL Plc. She has also made significant contributions to institutions such as Schlumberger Oilfield Services, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and KPMG, where she played pivotal roles in shaping regulatory frameworks and governance practices.
Grace's academic background includes a BSc. Accountancy, MSc. Finance and Management from Cranfield University, U.K., funded by the British Government through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship program. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is a Certified Project Management Practitioner (PRINCE 2).
